युङगध्वं हय अरुषी रथे युङगध्वं रथेषु रोहितः | युङगध्वं हरी अजिरा धुरि वोळ्हवे वहिष्ठा धुरि वोळ्हवे

yuṅghdhvaṃ hy aruṣī rathe yuṅghdhvaṃ ratheṣu rohitaḥ | yuṅghdhvaṃ harī ajirā dhuri voḷhave vahiṣṭhā dhuri voḷhave

English Translation (Griffith)

Bind to your car the bright red mares, yoke the red coursers to your car. Bind to the pole, to draw, the fleet-foot tawny steeds, the best at drawing, to the pole.
