अत्र्प्णुवन्तं वियतम अबुध्यम अबुध्यमानं सुषुपाणम इन्द्र | सप्त परति परवत आशयानम अहिं वज्रेण वि रिणा अपर्वन

atṛpṇuvantaṃ viyatam abudhyam abudhyamānaṃ suṣupāṇam indra | sapta prati pravata āśayānam ahiṃ vajreṇa vi riṇā aparvan

English Translation (Griffith)

The insatiate one, extended, hard to waken, who slumbered in perpetual sleep, O Indra,— The Dragon stretched against the seven prone rivers, where no joint was, thou rentest with thy thunder.
