अवास्र्जन्त जिव्रयो न देवा भुवः सम्राळ इन्द्र सत्ययोनिः | अहन्न अहिम परिशयानम अर्णः पर वर्तनीर अरदो विश्वधेनाः

avāsṛjanta jivrayo na devā bhuvaḥ samrāḷ indra satyayoniḥ | ahann ahim pariśayānam arṇaḥ pra vartanīr arado viśvadhenāḥ
English Translation (Griffith)
The Gods, as worn witheld, relaxed their efforts: thou, Indra, born of truth, wast Sovran Ruler. Thou slewest Ahi who besieged the waters, and duggest out their all-supporting channels.
