अयुक्त सप्त हरितः सधस्थाद या ईं वहन्ति सूर्यं घर्ताचीः | धामानि मित्रावरुणा युवाकुः सं यो यूथेव जनिमानि चष्टे

ayukta sapta haritaḥ sadhasthād yā īṃ vahanti sūryaṃ ghṛtācīḥ | dhāmāni mitrāvaruṇā yuvākuḥ saṃ yo yūtheva janimāni caṣṭe

English Translation (Griffith)

He from their home hath yoked the Seven gold Coursers who, dropping oil and fatness, carry Sūrya. Yours, Varuṇa and Mitra, he surveyeth the worlds and living creatures like a herdsman.
