उक्षा समुद्रो अरुषः सुपर्णः पूर्वस्य योनिम पितुर आ विवेश | मध्ये दिवो निहितः पर्श्निर अश्मा वि चक्रमे रजसस पात्य अन्तौ

ukṣā samudro aruṣaḥ suparṇaḥ pūrvasya yonim pitur ā viveśa | madhye divo nihitaḥ pṛśnir aśmā vi cakrame rajasas pāty antau

English Translation (Griffith)

Steer, Sea, Red Bird with strong wings, he hath entered the dwelling-place of the Primeval Father. A gay-hued Stone set in the midst of heaven, he hath gone forth and guards mid-air's two limits.
