यथा विप्रस्य मनुषो हविर्भिर्देवानयजः कविभिः कविः सन | एवा होतः सत्यतर तवमद्याग्ने मन्द्रया जुह्वा यजस्व

yathā viprasya manuṣo havirbhirdevānayajaḥ kavibhiḥ kaviḥ san | evā hotaḥ satyatara tvamadyāghne mandrayā juhvā yajasva

English Translation (Griffith)

As with oblations of the priestly Manus thou worshippedst the Gods, a Sage with sages, So now, O truthfullest Invoker Agni, worship this day with joy-bestowing ladle.
