तद वो जामित्वं मरुतः परे युगे पुरू यच्छंसमम्र्तासावत | अया धिया मनवे शरुष्टिमाव्या साकं नरो दंसनैरा चिकित्रिरे

tad vo jāmitvaṃ marutaḥ pare yughe purū yacchaṃsamamṛtāsaāvata | ayā dhiyā manave śruṣṭimāvyā sākaṃ naro daṃsanairā cikitrire

English Translation (Griffith)

This is your kinship, Maruts, that, Immortals, ye were oft in olden time regardful of our call, Having vouchsafed to man a hearing through this prayer, by wondrous deeds the Heroes have displayed their might.
