पवमान मह्यर्णो वि धावसि सूरो न चित्रो अव्ययानि पव्यया | गभस्तिपूतो नर्भिरद्रिभिः सुतो महे वाजाय धन्याय धन्वसि

pavamāna mahyarṇo vi dhāvasi sūro na citro avyayāni pavyayā | ghabhastipūto nṛbhiradribhiḥ suto mahe vājāya dhanyāya dhanvasi

English Translation (Griffith)

Fain to be cleansed, thou, Pavamana, pourest out, like wondrous Sūrya, through the fleece, an ample sea. Purified with the hands, pressed by the men with stones, thou speedest on to mighty booty-bringing war.
