तवं समुद्रो असि विश्ववित कवे तवेमाः पञ्च परदिशो विधर्मणि | तवं दयां च पर्थिवीं चाति जभ्रिषे तव जयोतींषि पवमान सूर्यः

tvaṃ samudro asi viśvavit kave tavemāḥ pañca pradiśo vidharmaṇi | tvaṃ dyāṃ ca pṛthivīṃ cāti jabhriṣe tava jyotīṃṣi pavamāna sūryaḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

Thou art the sea, O Sage who bringest alf to light: under thy Law are these five regions of the world. Tlou reachest out beyond the earth, beyond the heavens: thine are the lights, O Pavamana, thine the Sun.
