अयं पुनान उषसो वि रोचयदयं सिन्धुभ्यो अभवदु लोकक्र्त | अयं तरिः सप्त दुदुहान आशिरं सोमो हर्दे पवते चारु मत्सरः

ayaṃ punāna uṣaso vi rocayadayaṃ sindhubhyo abhavadu lokakṛt | ayaṃ triḥ sapta duduhāna āśiraṃ somo hṛde pavate cāru matsaraḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

He, being purified, hath made the Mornings shine: this, even this is he who gave the rivers room. He made the Three Times Seven pour out the milky flow: Soma, the Cheerer, yields whate’er the heart finds sweet.
