इन्द्राय सोम परि षिच्यसे नर्भिर्न्र्चक्षा ऊर्मिः कविरज्यसे वने | पूर्वीर्हि ते सरुतयः सन्ति यातवे सहस्रमश्वा हरयश्चमूषदः

indrāya soma pari ṣicyase nṛbhirnṛcakṣā ūrmiḥ kavirajyase vane | pūrvīrhi te srutayaḥ santi yātave sahasramaśvā harayaścamūṣadaḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

Thou, Soma, art effused for Indra by the men, balmed in the wood as wave, Sage, Viewer of mankind. Full many are the paths whereon thou mayest go: a thousand bay steeds hast thou resting in the bowls.
