वि ये दधुः शरदं मासमादहर्यज्ञमक्तुं चाद रचम | अनाप्यं वरुणो मित्रो अर्यमा कषत्रं राजान आशत

vi ye dadhuḥ śaradaṃ māsamādaharyajñamaktuṃ cād ṛcam | anāpyaṃ varuṇo mitro aryamā kṣatraṃ rājāna āśata

English Translation (Griffith)

They who have stablished year and month and then the day, night, sacrifice and holy verse, Varuṇa, Mitra, Aryarnan, the Kings, have won dominion which none else may gain.
