इन्द्रो वाजस्य सथविरस्य दातेन्द्रो गीर्भिर्वर्धतां वर्द्धमहाः | इन्द्रो वर्त्रं हनिष्ठो अस्तु सत्वा ता सूरिः पर्णति तूतुजानः

indro vājasya sthavirasya dātendro ghīrbhirvardhatāṃ vṛddhamahāḥ | indro vṛtraṃ haniṣṭho astu satvā tā sūriḥ pṛṇati tūtujānaḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

Indra is hewho gives enduring vigour: may our songs magnify the God Most Mighty. Best Vṛtra-slayer be the Hero Indra these things he gives as Prince, with strong endeavour.
