महि महे दिवे अर्चा पर्थिव्यै कामो म इछञ्चरति परजानन | ययोर्ह सतोमे विदथेषु देवाः सपर्यवो मादयन्ते सचायोः

mahi mahe dive arcā pṛthivyai kāmo ma ichañcarati prajānan | yayorha stome vidatheṣu devāḥ saparyavo mādayante sacāyoḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

To mighty Heaven and Earth I sing forth loudly: my wish goes out desirous and well knowing Both, at whose laud in synods, showing favour, the Gods rejoice them with the living mortal.
