सद्यो जातो वयमिमीत यज्ञमग्निर्देवानामभवत्पुरोगाः | अस्य होतुः परदिश्य रतस्य वाचि सवाहाक्र्तंहविरदन्तु देवाः

sadyo jāto vyamimīta yajñamaghnirdevānāmabhavatpuroghāḥ | asya hotuḥ pradiśy ṛtasya vāci svāhākṛtaṃhaviradantu devāḥ
English Translation (Griffith)
Agni, as soon as he was born, made ready the sacrifice, and was the Gods’ preceder. May the Gods cat our offering consecrated according to this true Priest's voice and guidance.
