अभि सिध्मो अजिगादस्य शत्रून वि तिग्मेन वर्षभेण पुरो.अभेत | सं वज्रेणास्र्जद वर्त्रमिन्द्रः पर सवां मतिमतिरच्छाशदानः

abhi sidhmo ajighādasya śatrūn vi tighmena vṛṣabheṇa puro.abhet | saṃ vajreṇāsṛjad vṛtramindraḥ pra svāṃ matimatiracchāśadānaḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

Fierce on his enemies fell Indra's weapon: with. his sharp bull he rent their forts in pieces. He with his thunderbolt dealt blows on Vṛtra; and conquered, executing all his purpose.
