सप्तार्धगर्भा भुवनस्य रेतो विष्णोस्तिष्ठन्ति परदिशाविधर्मणि | ते धीतिभिर्मनसा ते विपश्चितः परिभुवः परि भवन्ति विश्वतः

saptārdhagharbhā bhuvanasya reto viṣṇostiṣṭhanti pradiśāvidharmaṇi | te dhītibhirmanasā te vipaścitaḥ paribhuvaḥ pari bhavanti viśvataḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

Seven germs unripened yet are heaven's prolific seed: their functions they maintain by Viṣṇu's ordinance. Endued with wisdom through intelligence and thought, they compass us about present on every side.
