सं यद धनन्त मन्युभिर्जनासः शूरा यह्वीष्वोषधीषु विक्षु | अध समा नो मरुतो रुद्रियासस्त्रातारो भूत पर्तनास्वर्यः

saṃ yad dhananta manyubhirjanāsaḥ śūrā yahvīṣvoṣadhīṣu vikṣu | adha smā no maruto rudriyāsastrātāro bhūta pṛtanāsvaryaḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

Full many a deed ye did for our forefathers worthy of lauds which, even of old, they sang you. lle strong man, with the Maruts, wins in battle, the charger, with the Maruts, gains the booty.
