बर्हस्पतिः समजयद वसूनि महो वरजान गोमतो देव एषः | अपः सिषासन सवरप्रतीतो बर्हस्पतिर्हन्त्यमित्रमर्कैः

bṛhaspatiḥ samajayad vasūni maho vrajān ghomato deva eṣaḥ | apaḥ siṣāsan svarapratīto bṛhaspatirhantyamitramarkaiḥ

English Translation (Griffith)

Bṛhaspati in war hath won rich treasures, hath won, this God, the great stalls filled with cattle. Striving to win waters and light, resistless, Bṛhaspati with lightning smites the foeman.
