स ईं सप्र्धो वनते अप्रतीतो बिभ्रद वज्रं वर्त्रहणं गभस्तौ | तिष्ठद धरी अध्यस्तेव गर्ते वचोयुजा वहत इन्द्रं रष्वम

sa īṃ spṛdho vanate apratīto bibhrad vajraṃ vṛtrahaṇaṃ ghabhastau | tiṣṭhad dharī adhyasteva gharte vacoyujā vahata indraṃ ṛṣvam

English Translation (Griffith)

Resistless, with the hosts he battles, bearing in both his arms the Vṛtra-slaying thunder. He mounts his Bays, as the car-seat an archer: yoked at a word they bear the lofty Indra.
