वर्षायन्ते महे अत्याय पूर्वीर्व्र्ष्णे चित्राय रश्मयः सुयामाः | देव होतर्मन्द्रतरश्चिकित्वान महो देवान रोदसी एह वक्षि

vṛṣāyante mahe atyāya pūrvīrvṛṣṇe citrāya raśmayaḥ suyāmāḥ | deva hotarmandrataraścikitvān maho devān rodasī eha vakṣi
English Translation (Griffith)
The many seek the great Steed as a stallion: the reins obey the Lord of varied colour. O heavenly Priest, most pleasant, full of wisdom, bring the great Gods to us, and Earth and Heaven.
