मर्गो न भीमः कुचरो गिरिष्ठाः परावत आ जगन्थापरस्याः | सर्कं संशाय पविमिन्द्र तिग्मं वि शत्रून्ताळि वि मर्धो नुदस्व

mṛgho na bhīmaḥ kucaro ghiriṣṭhāḥ parāvata ā jaghanthāparasyāḥ | sṛkaṃ saṃśāya pavimindra tighmaṃ vi śatrūntāḷi vi mṛdho nudasva

English Translation (Griffith)

Like a dread wild beast roaming on the mountain thou hast approached us from the farthest distance. Whetting thy bold and thy sharp blade, O Indra, crush thou the foe and scatter those who hate us.
