पतंगो वाचं मनसा बिभर्ति तां गन्धर्वो.अवदद गर्भेन्तः | तां दयोतमानां सवर्यं मनीषां रतस्य पदेकवयो नि पान्ति

pataṃgho vācaṃ manasā bibharti tāṃ ghandharvo.avadad gharbheantaḥ | tāṃ dyotamānāṃ svaryaṃ manīṣāṃ ṛtasya padekavayo ni pānti
English Translation (Griffith)
The flying Bird bears Speech within his spirit: erst the Gandharva in the womb pronounced it: And at the seat of sacrifice the sages cherish this radiant, heavenly-bright invention.
